What Families Say About the Always Reading Program
Thank you very much to the ALWAYS READING program! Not only do we read together but we also spend quality time with our children, that is fantastic.
I enjoyed that there were a ton of books she could read from because we only have a little bit of books available at home and we’re not always able to go to the library.
Always Reading is a lot of fun and makes reading very interesting because we can choose, see and hear different books, and we can all participate as a family.
Our Always Reading tablet makes our bedtime story routine much more fun since we have so many books to choose from the library!
Why Teachers Love Always Reading
This program really helped improve reading for our students and having the families really engaged in their student’s education and/or reading.
Students could see that you could search and explore so many books. They only have so many hard-copies at home (extensive or none) so it is a great resource for access to the digital library. Kids were reading 1 book a day with the reading log, but some kids are reading 10 different books a day with Epic.
I have enjoyed having the online library available for students as many of my families do not have books of their own in their homes. I also love that students receive several of their own books throughout the year to build up their home libraries.
I think the story times have been fabulous and I love that families have the opportunity to share in that.
