Always Dream?
We believe in the power of dreams, and work to ensure our children and families have the tools and resources to pursue theirs. Always Dream is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization doing direct service programming with children and families with our Always Reading program. We rely on our community to fund and support this critical work.
Every dollar raised supports our operations and programming, providing the staff, training, technology, and resources needed to bring Always Reading to nearly 4,000 individuals in California and Hawaiʻi this school year.

Book Drives and In Kind Donations
Our Always Reading program primarily focuses on teaching families to read at home together using a tablet and a digital children’s library. This provides the most access and choice for our students to get them interested in reading and learning!
We do also provide students with a selection of hard copy books to help them build their home library. This list is curated specifically by literacy experts on our program team, so we unfortunately are not in great need of donations of children’s books.
