Ken Levin

Ken has spent more than 20 years working with Bay Area nonprofit organizations to connect communities with causes that create lasting impact. His career has included leadership roles in social services, food security, and the arts, most recently serving as Director of Major Gifts at Glide Foundation / Glide Memorial Church in San Francisco. As a fifth-generation San Franciscan and lifelong reader, Ken understands the transformative power of books and education. He is proud to support the work of Kristi Yamaguchi’s Always Dream to help children and families develop a love of reading that can last a lifetime.

His favorite books in childhood were The Ant and the Elephant by Bill Peet, Strega Nona by Tomie dePaolo, and his mother’s collection of family recipes.
